Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes items may not meet or exceed your expectations. In such cases, we offer a flexible return policy.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 5 days of purchase. All labels and original packaging must accompany the return. To initiate a return, email our customer service team at return@cleanuppk.com stating your order number and the reason for the return. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 4-6 business days.

Exchange

To initiate the exchange, please email our customer service team at exchange@cleanuppk.com with your order number, the item you want to exchange. The customer can return the package through a courier company. Once received and inspected, we will ship the replacement to you within 4-6 business days.

If your item has arrived damaged or defective, please email us at exchange@cleanuppk.com with photos of the item and a description of the problem. We will do our best to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund.
